CPWL membership is open to residents and businesses with taxable property abutting Waterman Lake. The success of CPWL depends upon the financial support and personal involvement of each and every member.

Financial contributions are critical for timely maintenance of the earthen dam, the spillway, the gatehouse, and other such aspects that create the pristine lake environment that is enjoyed by all. Annual membership dues are currently $175.00 per household and are due by the date of the Spring meeting.
